The appellant was charged with theft of property valued in excess of $200.00. He was convicted by a jury of that charge and was found to be an habitual offender. He was sentenced to thirty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction and fined $10,000.00. On appeal he argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict because the evidence of the value of the property was not given...
