ACTION

Hugo Barrientos, III (Barrientos), appeals his conviction for aggravated assault. We affirm.

FACTS

Barrientos was formerly employed by a Hardees franchise in Rapid City, South Dakota. Prior to the events in question he was barred from Hardees' property because of his behavior.
