PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from a May 17, 1988, judgment granting defendant's motion for summary disposition dismissing plaintiff's complaint and granting judgment in favor of defendant on its counterclaim to enforce a January 13, 1988, arbitration award. We reverse.
