The plaintiff, the Great Bay School & Training Center, appeals from a Superior Court (Gray, J.) order denying its petition to have declared unenforceable a deed restriction giving the defendant, the Simplex Wire and Cable Company, a preemptive right to repurchase, at a discount, property it had conveyed to the plaintiff's predecessor.
