JONES, Justice.

This appeal, from a judgment granting injunctive and other relief, challenges 1) the sufficiency of the evidence and the conclusions of law with respect to the injunctive relief and 2) the trial court's interpretation of a 1981 deed of conveyance with respect to the other relief. We affirm.
