This appeal comes to us from Pulaski County Circuit Court, Fourth Division. Appellant, Bobby Thompson, appeals his conviction of criminal attempt to commit theft by deception, a violation of Arkansas Code Annotated Section 5-3-201 (1987), and the sentence imposed therefor. We affirm.
