From a third trial on the merits, Douglas Jackson appeals his multiple convictions for first-degree murder and kidnapping and the imposition of the death penalty for three first-degree murder convictions. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. After appellant's first trial, we reversed his convictions and death sentences based on the trial court's failure to grant a continuance due to defense counsel's disabling physical condition. ...
