SAWYER, J.

Defendant pled guilty to delivery of less than fifty grams of a controlled substance. MCL 333.7401(1) and (2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(1) and (2)(a)(iv). He was sentenced upon his conviction to serve a term of two to twenty years in prison. He now appeals and we affirm.
