The nine defendants in this case were arrested on May 18, 1988 at the office of Dr. Victor Poleshuck, 3101 West Ridge Road, building B, in the Town of Greece, New York, at which time they were protesting and/or attempting to halt the carrying out of abortions at Dr. Poleshuck's office.
