Defendant was convicted upon his plea of guilty of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree. MCL 750.520c(1)(b); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(b). He was thereafter sentenced to a term of three to fifteen years in prison. He now appeals and we affirm.

Defendant's sole argument on appeal is that he is entitled to resentencing due to a violation of the Crime Victim's Rights Act. MCL 780.751 et seq.; MSA 28.1287(751) et seq. Specifically, defendant...
