This is an appeal from an order granting Appellee/Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings and dismissing Appellants' suit for damages incurred as a result of an automobile accident.

The basis for the trial court's decision is a release signed by Appellants, Robert P. Leyda, and his wife, Harriet J. Leyda, which released Appellee, Joseph Norelli from any future claims in return for a sum of forty-five hundred dollars ($4500.00). Appellants...
