Defendants William, John and Sarai Stricklin appeal from a judgment of rescission in favor of plaintiff.1 They assign as error the holding of the trial court that plaintiff is entitled to rescission of a deed from her to her sons William and Robert Stricklin because of undue influence and the denial of their cross-claim against Robert for partition.
