Defendant Richard William Garrison was convicted on two counts of murder in the first degree, one count of robbery, and one count of burglary. (Pen. Code, §§ 189, 211 and 459.)1 The jury found that defendant was armed with a deadly weapon in the commission of each offense (§ 12022, subd. (a)).
