PER CURIAM.

Ruth Busch seeks review of her conviction for DWI-Manslaughter. She argues the trial court erred by instructing the jury to apply a mandatory rebuttable presumption on the issue of intoxication. We agree, but find the error was harmless in light of the overwhelming evidence of appellant's intoxication. We find no reversible error among the other issues raised on appeal.
