MAYFIELD, Judge.
Appellant, Ricky L. West, was convicted in a jury trial of rape and was sentenced to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He argues on appeal that the trial court erred in failing to direct a verdict in his favor because the prosecution failed to prove "forcible compulsion," and that the court erred in refusing to allow him to question the victim about a prior misdemeanor conviction for hindering apprehension.
