This is an appeal from the chancellor's decree voiding a rezoning ordinance by the City of Fordyce because the city failed to comply procedurally with the zoning ordinance it had adopted earlier. The city argues that the court erred in declaring the ordinance invalid. The appellees dispute the appellants' argument for reversal, and, by way of counter-appeal insist that Alderman Marvin O'Mary should have refrained...
