Defendant insurer appeals a judgment in plaintiff's action for a declaration that he had an insurance policy with defendant that covered damage to his truck. Defendant counterclaimed for a declaration that plaintiff was not insured by defendant after January 12, 1986, and that his truck was not insured by defendant at the time of the accident.
