CRIST, Judge.

Consolidated appeal of conviction for assault in the first degree and from the denial of defendant's Rule 29.15 motion. We affirm.

In his direct appeal, defendant asserts error in his resentencing to twenty years' imprisonment as a prior and persistent offender.
