This matter is before the Court on Complaint of Bombardier Credit Corp., Inc. (hereinafter "plaintiff") requesting that the Court find the debt owed to it by Daniel Sterner, i/t/a Sterner Four Seasons and Gayle Sterner (hereinafter "debtors") non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727.
