EAGLES, Judge.

Defendant brings forward nine issues on appeal. We find that the trial court erred in allowing more than one conspiracy charge to go to the jury. The trial court also erred in sentencing defendant for his conviction on conspiracy to sell to a term in excess of the statutory mandatory minimum without finding any aggravating factors. Accordingly, we arrest judgment on the conviction for conspiracy to transport cocaine and vacate the sentence and remand...
