The Petition for Disciplinary Action filed by the Attorney Grievance Commission (Commission) alleges that Respondent, David Keith Nisbett (Nisbett) failed to perform legal services that he agreed to furnish eight different clients, and that he did engage in misconduct as defined by Maryland Rule BV1k.
