A jury found defendant Harold Dean Ritterbach guilty of selling a Schedule I controlled substance (LSD) in violation of § 195.020, RSMo 1978. His punishment was assessed at imprisonment for a term of 30 years. On appeal, the judgment of conviction was affirmed by this court. State v. Ritterbach, 637 S.W.2d 820 (Mo. App.1982).
