Dennis Marrs was convicted by a jury of delivering marijuana to an undercover police officer. Marrs appeals, claiming the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction. We affirm.

Marrs was charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of marijuana, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-416(1)(a) (Cum.Supp. 1986). Each count is classified as a Class III felony. A Class III felony carries a penalty of not less than 1 nor more than...
