Eugene Quevedo brings this action pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act ("FTCA"), 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671 et seq., seeking money damages and legal fees for injuries he allegedly suffered as a result of assault and battery, false arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.
