Michael Williams was charged with assault with intent to murder, assault, carrying a handgun, and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence. An appearance on his behalf was entered by John J. Henderson, Assistant Public Defender. Immediately before trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, it appears that unsuccessful plea negotiations were conducted.
