The order on appeal is affirmed and the case is remanded to the trial court to correct the order pursuant to the parties' stipulation that only the corporate defendant, Toby Zack Interiors, Inc., d/b/a Toby Zack Associates, is liable for the damages awarded.

AFFIRMED and REMANDED.
