The defendant was charged with possession of cocaine, La.R.S. 40:967. Motions to suppress the evidence, the defendant's confession and identification were denied and she pleaded guilty reserving her right to appeal under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976).1 She was sentenced to five years at hard labor. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on five years active probation...
