This appeal arises in a civil action brought to recover damages for alleged acts and omissions related to conversion of property from an apartment building to a condominium. Only procedural issues are raised. The dispositive questions are whether the trial court properly allowed a nonsuit and whether the original plaintiff had standing to maintain the action.
