This appeal is from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County holding appellant-mother in contempt and awarding physical and legal custody of a minor child to appellee-father. Appellant contends that (1) a custody order entered by a Pennsylvania court was later modified by an order of a West German Court thereby divesting Pennsylvania courts of the authority to hold appellant in contempt; (2) the court below lacked in personam jurisdiction...
