(petitioners)1 appeal from an order of the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) which denied petitioners' request to expunge an indicated report of child abuse filed by the Western Regional Office of Children, Youth and Families (CYS) pursuant to the Child Protective Services Law (Law).2
