The matter before the court concerns an objection, filed by Gwen L. and Colton Webb, to confirmation of the chapter 13 plan proposed by the debtors, Joseph and Sandra Ann Schaitz. The objection to confirmation states that the Webbs' claim is based upon a judgment declaring it to be a nondischargeable debt under § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, and that they believe the debtors' plan has not been proposed...
