The Debtor in this case is a limited partnership. Its general partner, TCLP, Inc., made a post-petition loan to the Debtor, evidenced by a note and a mortgage on the Debtor's principal asset. TCLP, Inc. was represented in connection with that transaction and related matters by the law firm of Shefsky & Froelich, Ltd. TCLP, Inc. is now requesting reimbursement from the estate of its legal expenses...
