This case comes on appeal from a judgment of the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas and arises from the following pertinent facts.

Appellant, Alphonso Darden, was found guilty of attempted aggravated burglary in violation of R.C. 2911.11(A)(3). That judgment was affirmed by this court on January 16, 1987.
