This case comes before this court on remand from the Second Circuit, reported at El Greco Leather Prods. Col, Inc. v. Shoe World, Inc., 806 F.2d 392 (1986) cert. denied, 484 U.S. 817, 108 S.Ct. 71, 98 L.Ed.2d 34 (1987).
