Kurt A. Obrigewitch appeals from a default judgment entered against him November 17, 1988. We affirm.

Production Credit Association of Mandan (PCA) and Obrigewitch entered into a Basic Loan Agreement on February 17, 1987, whereby PCA agreed, upon certain terms and conditions, to lend Obrigewitch money for his farming operation.
