Defendant has been convicted on charges that he possessed cocaine, burglar's tools and illegal weapons, all of which were found in the automobile that he occupied. The only issue of consequence presented on this appeal is whether defendant's motion to suppress the evidence found in the car should have been granted. We agree with the courts below that the police did not exceed permissible...
