This dispute, arising upon the pro se Motion of ALLAN K. MARSHALL, the Trustee appointed in this bankruptcy case after it was converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 on June 5, 1986 (hereinafter "the Trustee"), to Compel Affiliated Auctioneers (hereinafter "the Auctioneer") to Turn Over All Proceeds in His [sic] Possession to him, causes us to review the procedure which auctioneers should follow in seeking...
