Mrs. Mosbarger appeals the final judgment of dissolution concerning this couple's twenty-eight-year marriage. We reverse the final judgment because it excessively penalized Mrs. Mosbarger for criminal conduct which did not significantly deplete the marital assets and which conduct had already resulted in a criminal sanction by this state.
