PER CURIAM.

This appeal arises out of an automobile accident in Mobile County, in which Chester and Mamie Woods were injured. The Woodses sued numerous defendants, including Thomas Gleason, J.E. Witherington, and Witherington Construction Corporation, the appellees herein. The trial court granted the appellees' motion for summary judgment, and this appeal followed. We affirm.
