This is an appeal from a trial court judgment rejecting plaintiff's claim for worker's compensation benefits.

FACTS

On June 21, 1985, while in the course and scope of his employment with Ensco Environmental Services, Inc. (Ensco), plaintiff, David Toth, was shot in the lower abdomen by an unknown sniper.
