HALL, Judge.
Felix Pulaski appeals the denial of his motion to correct sentence. We affirm.
Appellant was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, both counts arising from a single episode wherein two separate persons suffered bodily injury. The occurrence of these injuries classifies the offense as a third degree felony. § 316.193(3)(c)(2), Fla. Stat. (1987).
