Defendant, Brian Yearwood, filed a Motion for Correction of Sentence Pursuant to Rule 35(a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. On March 2, 1988, Yearwood pled guilty to a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), possession with intent to distribute cocaine, a schedule II narcotic drug.
