This matter is before the Court on the following three motions filed by the defendant Walter J. Saunders: Motion to Suppress Statements; Motion to Disclose Identity of Informant; and Motion to Dismiss Prosecution. For the reasons stated below, the Court grants the defendant's Motion to Dismiss Prosecution with prejudice and dismisses as moot the plaintiff's Motion to Suppress Statements and Motion to Disclose Identity...
