Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant's contention that the jury verdict acquitting him of charges in connection with the alleged sale of cocaine to an undercover officer on February 17, 1984, and convicting him of similar charges arising out of the sale of cocaine on March 2, 1984, was repugnant, is without merit. Given the fact that the charges related to two separate transactions, an acquittal as to the charges arising out of the earlier transaction...
