This appeal and cross-appeal arise out of: a "Motion to Determine Arrearages", filed by appellant, Kathleen Smith ("Kathleen"), on unallocated alimony and child support payment which she was to receive under a property settlement agreement; and a "Counter-Motion to Determine Arrearages", filed by appellee, Frederick D. Smith, ("Frederick"), to determine his entitlement to certain credits allegedly due for direct costs incurred by him for the support...
