A Hampshire County grand jury returned six indictments against the defendant, Jeffrey Anolik (Jeffrey). The indictments charged him with (1) aiding, counseling or procuring and thereby causing Robert Baj and Sheila Anolik (Sheila) to burn the dwelling house of Elizabeth Nelson located in Worthington; (2) attempting to burn the same dwelling; (3) burning the Nelson dwelling with intent to defraud an insurer; (4) filing a false claim with intent to defraud...
