GARRITY, Judge.

After his first trial ended in a mistrial, appellant Tracey Hankins was convicted in a second trial by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City (Steinberg, J. presiding) of possession, possession with intent to distribute and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, to wit: cocaine. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of seven years imprisonment for the distribution and possession with intent to distribute convictions.
