This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Wetzel County, rendered on March 17, 1987, which directed a verdict in favor of Time Insurance Company (Time) in an action brought by the plaintiff below, John Albert Powell, Jr., to recover life insurance benefits.
