MEMORANDUM OPINION

HADEN, Chief Judge.

Following a jury trial the Court sentenced the Defendant on May 22, 1989, to concurrent terms of imprisonment of six months for three convictions of cocaine distribution. The offenses charged in Counts One and Two occurred prior to November 1, 1987, while the offense charged in Count Three occurred after that date.
