The issue presented in this appeal is whether appellant Chase Service Corporation (Chase) served a notice of forfeiture upon appellee William Maciborski "at least twenty days prior to the effective date of the forfeiture" pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-743(A). This case requires us, among other things, to determine how a time period is to be computed when the words "at least" are used in a statute. The trial court granted the appellee...
